Introduction to Stress Management using the BodyScan 2010

There is general consensus within the health care disciplines that stress, whether physiological or psychological, has a significant impact on our level of health and vitality. Stress has been linked to many, if not all, disease conditions. There are many different sources of stress. Agents of stress include environmental toxins, microorganisms, allergens/sensitivities, imbalances in our physical body, imbalances in our biochemical systems, and imbalances in our subtle energy systems.

To improve and optimize our health and vitality, it becomes important to minimize the stress in our lives and our bodies. It can be very difficult to identify specific areas of stress in the body in order to correct imbalances. Using the bio-technology of the BodyScan 2010, areas of stress are identified by introducing the energetic frequencies of different substances and monitoring the body’s response. Once the areas of stress are identified, these can be brought into energetic balance through using specific vibratory frequencies. Through balancing and/or neutralizing the stress areas, the body then can mobilize it’s own inherent healing capabilities. This balancing process supports the body returning to a healthier state of being and can avert imbalances that can lead to disease states.

This non-cognitive biofeedback stress management approach is based on the integration of several bodies of knowledge. These include Quantum Biophysics, Chinese Acupressure, Homotoxicology, and Homeopathy.

The body’s response to very specific substances can be monitored using the Bodyscan 2010. This is accomplished using a multi-channel harness system whereby the vibratory frequencies of different substances are delivered through the harness (much like an EKG) and the body’s response is monitored. The specific substances that can be included but are not limited to the following:

Once the bodyscan and computer generated data analysis is completed, the data is reviewed. The areas that are most stressed are brought into balance using reverse sine waveforms and pre-prepared homeopathic remedies. Overall health promotion recommendations are offered in response to the scan results. In addition to homeopathic remedies, other recommendations can include exercise, nutrition, rest/sleep hygiene, environmental strategies, and other specific stress reduction techniques.
